LinkedIn Personal Branding Services
I’m a personal brand strategist first. That’s the foundation of every engagement.
Every program I run is built on the same premise: you leave able to do this yourself.
That’s the difference between hiring a content service and working with a strategist. A service keeps you dependent on it. This work gives you positioning you understand, a narrative you can defend in a room, and a content system you can run on a Tuesday morning without me.
It’s also far more hands-on than most coaching. You get me in Slack: not a portal, not a support queue, not an account manager. You send drafts, half-formed ideas, voice notes from the car. I send back line edits, coaching notes, and the reasoning behind both, so you’re learning why something works instead of just receiving a corrected post.
There are three ways in, depending on how much access you want and how fast you want to move.
The strategy is mine. The voice, the writing, and the credit are always yours.
I help executives, founders, coaches, and professionals build magnetic, influential personal brands that drive real business outcomes using LinkedIn as the distribution engine, not the entire strategy.
My work sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, entrepreneurship, and storytelling, delivered through 1:1 coaching, live group programs, and message development. This means we don’t just focus on what you post. We clarify your positioning, sharpen your narrative, and align your personal brand with your long-term business or career goals.
Before coaching, I spent my career in marketing leadership and consulting, helping brands and individuals define differentiation, refine pricing and offers, and communicate value clearly. That strategic foundation informs every engagement. When I applied the same approach to my own personal brand, I grew my LinkedIn presence from ~2,000 to 10,000 followers in six months, and continued scaling to 50,000+ followers and an average of 1.2M impressions a month by focusing on positioning, consistency, and story, not hacks or trends.
At the core of this work is my Authentic Story Framework™ a strategic system I developed to help leaders articulate who they are, what they stand for, and why their voice matters in a crowded market.
The framework bridges brand strategy and storytelling, turning lived experience, expertise, and perspective into a clear, cohesive narrative that compounds trust over time.
Rather than chasing algorithms or manufacturing thought leadership, we:
Whether you’re elevating your executive presence, navigating a career transition, expanding your company’s visibility, or stepping into thought leadership, I provide the structure, clarity, and narrative direction to help you grow with intention.
It’s the backbone of every program below, whether you learn it in a room of twenty-five or across the table from me.
LinkedIn is the lever. Strategy is the foundation. Storytelling is the multiplier.

A focused 90-day sprint to build a personal brand that reflects how you actually think, positions you clearly, and creates real opportunities.
The Foundation builds your system. This is where you run it with me in it alongside you, long enough to see what’s working, correct what isn’t, and reach the point where showing up doesn’t take willpower anymore.
We move with intention, test what works, and build something you sustain long after the accelerator ends.

Phase 1 · Days 1–30 — Clarity & Positioning Deep intake, positioning, Ideal Audience Persona, Authentic Story Framework™ development, full profile rebuild.
Phase 2 · Days 31–60 — Architecture & Consistency Content pillars, post structure and storytelling craft, weekly cadence, and a content library you can pull from anytime.
Phase 3 · Days 61–90 — Visibility & Momentum Analytics, iteration, engagement and networking strategy, and turning attention into actual conversations.

What “Hands-On” Actually Means
I don’t just hand you a framework and check in. I’m in the weeds with you.
You’re in Slack with me. You send a draft, a voice note from the car, a screenshot of a comment that sparked a thought. I am there to help craft content and think through strategically.
You get edits, not approvals. When you send me a post, it comes back marked up: what to cut, where the hook is buried, which line is doing the real work and which one you should delete. And you get the reasoning every time, because the goal isn’t a better post this week. It’s you catching it yourself by month two.
You get written coaching notes after every session. So you’re not scrambling to take notes while we’re talking, and so you have something to return to in week nine when you’ve forgotten why we made a call in week two.
Nothing needs to be polished. In fact, the messier and more “random shower thought”-y, the better. The most valuable content almost always comes from a real reaction to something in your actual day: a conversation that stuck with you, a take you’d defend at dinner. If something makes you pause or react, send it. That’s what we build from.
My role is part strategist, part editor, part mentor shaped by years of experience across marketing, entrepreneurship, and building brands in public. I don’t just help you grow on LinkedIn; I help you think more clearly about your career, your business, and how you show up in the world.
Clients come to me not only for writing or strategy, but for:
Because I’ve built, tested, and evolved my own brand, and worked alongside leaders at different stages, I’m able to offer context that goes beyond “best practices.” Sometimes that means advising you not to post. Sometimes it means challenging an assumption. Sometimes it means slowing down to get the foundation right.
Working together is intentional, structured, and built around your goals.
Share your goals, challenges, and what you’re hoping to build.
If it’s a strong fit, we’ll review your goals and choose the right coaching or ghostwriting package.
You’ll receive a tailored plan with scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.
We’ll build your narrative, refine your voice, and launch a content system designed to grow your influence and impact.
